A personal strength and mobility training programme will be created and progressed, taking into account your goals, abilities and the principles of Biomechanics Education Ltd. Each session is for 60 min Reformer training. If you would like your programme to be based on a full biomechanical assessment then we can use a session from your block to perform one. If not, we can perform adhoc screens as we go and build it into your programme.

Looking to share with a friend or partner? Buy a block and split the cost. Here you will share a progressive programme but it will be take into account both of your needs, abilities and goals whilst still being based on the principles of the Biomechanics Education Ltd system. As with the private sesssions we can perform a full biomechanical screen or adhoc screens as and when we go. Each session is for 60 min Reformer training for the 2 of you.

Intensive Programme
Get the full advantages that biomechanical insights combined with Reformer Pilates brings with an intensive 6 or 12 week programme. This is particularly recommended for clients with lower back pain, recovering from an injury or those about to embark on a running/ cycling training programme.
